SAIL Fitness Class
Stay Active & Independent for Life (SAIL) Fitness Class for older adults. You can sit or stand during the class. Bring water to drink. Wear flexible, supportive rubber-soled shoes. The Susanna Wesley Circle is a supportive and encouraging group of women who engage in service efforts that support women, children and youth, as well as our church. We meet monthly, usually on the second Thursday evening of the month. Come as you are.
